ScalableHR does not share or distribute any Client data except as may be provided in the Service Agreement between ScalableHR and Client, or as may be required by law.
Our Website(s) contain business-related content and are specifically aimed at and designed for use by adults. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from or about individuals under the age permitted in the country where a ScalableHR Client resides.

We post Client testimonials on our Website(s) that may contain personal information such as the Client’s name. We obtain the Client’s consent prior to posting the testimonial to post their name along with their testimonial. ScalableHR employs industry standard security measures to ensure the security of information. However, the security of information transmitted through the Internet can never be guaranteed. ScalableHR is not responsible for any interception or interruption of any communications through the Internet or for changes to or losses of information. Users of the ScalableHR Website(s) are responsible for maintaining the security of any password, user ID, or other form of authentication involved in obtaining access to password protected or secure areas of any ScalableHR Website(s). To protect you and your information, ScalableHR may suspend your use of a website, without notice, pending an investigation, if any breach of security is suspected. Access to and use of password protected and/or secure area of any ScalableHR Website(s) is restricted to authorized users only. Unauthorized access to such areas is prohibited and may lead to criminal prosecution.
